We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. No clothing with makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or stains of any kind will be accepted. You’ll also need the packing slip or proof of purchase. The packing slip is included in the packaging with your purchase and has all of your information including the order number on it. Please place your items in protective packaging to avoid damage to the items.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@sekapparel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process it.

Items purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within two days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Be sure to forward photos of any damage to info@campuscry.com. We are not responsible for stolen items upon arrival to your destination. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. It isthe customer's responsibility to pay for the the return label which will be subtracted from the refunded amount. We do not accept exchanges for international orders. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
